Welder Familiarisation Training

ZP 111 – 1 1.1

Manual tack welding using the shielded metal arc process (coated electrode).

ZP 135 – 1 1.1

Manual tack welding using the metal arc process in an active shielding gas (consumable electrode).

ZP 141 – 1 1.1

Manual tack welding using the arc process in an inert shielding gas (non-consumable electrode) – unalloyed steels.

ZP 141 – 1 8

Manual tack welding using the arc process in an inert shielding gas (non-consumable electrode) – stainless steel.

Basic Welder Training

ZK 111 1.1 – MMA

Arc welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels using a coated electrode. (MMA – manual metal arc welding.)

ZK 135 1.1 – MAG

Arc welding using a consumable electrode in an active shielding gas. (MAG welding.)

ZK 141 1.1 – TIG (unalloyed steels)

Tungsten inert gas arc welding of unalloyed steels. (TIG – welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in an inert shielding gas – unalloyed steels.)

ZK 141 8 – TIG (stainless steels)

Tungsten inert gas arc welding of high-alloy austenitic steels. (TIG – welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in an inert shielding gas – stainless steels.)
