Technical Drawing and Documentation
A course focused on reading and creating technical documentation in accordance with current ČSN standards. Content covers the fundamentals of technical drawing, dimensioning rules, tolerance systems, surface finish notation and material designation. Upon completion, participants are able to work with production documentation and communicate effectively with technical departments. Suitable for both skilled trades and technical staff.
Forklift Truck Operation (FLT)
Accreditation: Ministry of Education · 36 h theory + 25 h practical
This course prepares participants for the safe and competent operation of forklift trucks, including pedestrian-operated trucks, platform trucks, tow tractors and sit-on counterbalance forklifts up to 5 tonnes. Training covers technical fundamentals, legal requirements, health and safety, and hands-on practical instruction. Graduates receive a Retraining Certificate recognised by employers throughout the Czech Republic.
Efficient Changeovers (SMED)
A practically oriented course in the SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) methodology for reducing machine and production line changeover times. Participants learn to distinguish internal from external operations, analyse existing changeover processes and implement improvements that increase productivity. Suitable for production and process engineers, technologists and manufacturing managers.
Hydraulic Control Systems
This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of hydraulic systems used in industrial machinery and equipment. Content includes hydraulic fundamentals, system components (pumps, valves, actuators), schematic reading, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. Intended for technical staff, maintenance workers and engineers.
Crane Operator and Slinger Training
Accreditation: Technical Inspection Authority (TIČR)
Specialist training for crane operation and slinging work in compliance with the requirements of the Czech Technical Inspection Authority. The course covers technical and safety regulations, types of cranes and lifting accessories, signalling and communication during load handling. Graduates are qualified to perform these activities within the scope of current legislation.
Inspection of Engineering Products
This course develops skills in the measurement and quality inspection of engineering components. Content includes measuring instruments (vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, surface roughness testers), metrology fundamentals, the ISO tolerance system and working with technical drawings. Suitable for quality control and inspection personnel.
Pneumatic Control Systems
The course covers the principles, design and operation of pneumatic systems in industrial automation. Participants are introduced to system components (compressors, directional control valves, cylinders, sensors), pneumatic schematic reading, the basics of programmable control systems and fault diagnosis. Intended for technicians, electricians and maintenance staff.
Brush Cutter Operation

The course covers the safe handling of brush cutters, machine maintenance, working procedures and relevant health and safety legislation. The practical component takes place on-site in the field. Graduates receive a Certificate of Participation in an Accredited Training Programme and may subsequently sit the professional qualification examination.
Chainsaw Operation
Accreditation: Ministry of Education · Professional qualification code 41-079-E · 16 h theory + 24 h practical
Participants learn to operate a chainsaw safely in timber harvesting, vegetation management and other work activities. Training covers the machine's construction and maintenance, hazards and personal protective equipment, first aid and applicable legislation. Graduates receive a Certificate of Participation in an Accredited Training Programme and may proceed to the professional qualification examination.
Machinery and Equipment Safety
Training focused on health and safety requirements when working with machines and technical equipment. Participants gain an overview of current legislation (Labour Code, government regulations), risk identification, employer and employee obligations, and the correct use of personal protective equipment. Suitable for technicians, supervisors and production managers.
